Toulouse. The TFH confirms its accession for good
After the athlete in June, the Toulousaines obtained administrative approval. The resumption of training is scheduled for Monday.
“Yeah, that’s a big downturn.” President of the TFH, Rémi Chambelin can finally savor: the flag team of the Toulouse club will indeed evaluate in D2 for the next season. At the beginning of June, at the end of a round-trip barrage against Pessac, the “pink and black” had validated their rise on the sporting level. From now on, since this month of July, everything is clear on the administrative level.
The sports hall for championship matches
“The departmental council and the region had already made a good commitment by our side. At the beginning of June, we were awaiting the commitment of the town hall of Toulouse. It has been recorded. All our home matches will be played at the sports hall. But attention, we will not be residents since training will always take place in Argoulets. I do not forget all our partners either. I remind you that the D2 has integrated the LFH. Suddenly, we will improve in a championship which will be treated as professionals. Thus, the squad has three pros, namely Marion Theys, Julie Legatindji and the Bulgarian Lora Sarandeva (half-centre, Editor’s note), one of our recruits from the Spanish club Granollers. smaller budgets in the division”, explains Rémi Chambelin.
Six other recruits and three departures
Regarding his troops, coach Fabien Vedel was able to keep his frame. “But we still had to strengthen, especially with experienced players,” said the technician. Thus, like Lora Sarandeva, the TFH can count on the arrival of former international Amanda Kolczynski (right wing, HBC Saint-Amand). The Spaniard Elene Vazquez (left back, Granollers), Chloé Grellier (right wing, ASUL Vaulx-en-Velin), Aloïs Moras (keeper, Angoulême), Cléa Rouget Pasquier (left wing, Bruguières) and Noémie Remars (left back, Fleury Loiret) have also joined the Toulouse ranks.
On the departure side, the TFH records those of Clara Bomble (Dijon training center), Jeanne Charrueau and Lise Amardeilh (stop for their studies). “The objective is obviously to maintain. We know that the matches will be even more complicated than in N1. We should need nine victories to maintain ourselves”, specifies Fabien Vedel who set the resumption of training this Monday. As for the championship, it should start the first weekend of September.
