Mercato: a nice transfer to 10M€ soon to be recorded in Marseille!
If Pablo Longoria quickly reacted to the surprising departure of Jorge Sampaoli by making Igor Tudor the new coach of Olympique de Marseille, the Mercato OM is struggling to get started and for the moment, only the young Isaak Touré (19 years old, Le Havre AC) landed on the Cannebière during this transfer market.
The Marseille club owned by Frank McCourt has already spent no less than €46m this summer, notably for the permanent transfers of Pau Lopez, Mattéo Guendouzi, Cengiz Ünder and Arkadiusz Milik, and OM would therefore no longer really have a big margin maneuver to recruit during this off-season.
But according to the latest rumours, a nice transfer of at least €10m would be considered very good on the side of Olympique de Marseille, where Dimitri Payet and Gerson fall, on this summer transfer window …
Indeed, according to information from Corriere dello SportMarseille leaders have made a transfer offer of €10m to their AS Roma counterparts for Justin Kluivert (23), who is coming off a rather mixed one-year loan with OGC Nice where he will have too often alternated the very good and the less good with 6 goals and 6 assists in 31 games in all competitions under the orders of Christophe Galtier.
