Cámarabilbao and Bilbao Basket sign a collaboration agreement
Camabilbao and Bilbao Basket, a basketball club from the Biscayan capital that plays in the Endesa League, have signed an annual renewable collaboration agreement whereby the first team players, the young athletes of the “Kantera Project” and the club’s staff will be able to enjoy a special discount on the annual English, French and German courses taught at the Chamber’s language school, Languages Cámarabilbaoboth for Juniors from 11 to 15 years old and for Seniors.
For their part, students who are studying in the bachelor’s and master’s degrees taught by the Cámarabilbao University Business School will be able to enjoy two sessions or masterclasses given by members of the club’s staff or the technical staff of Bilbao Basket each year.
Citizen synergies
The general secretary of Cámarabilbao, Mikel Arieta-araunabeña, and the president of Bilbao Basket, Isabel Iturbe, have signed an annual renewable collaboration agreement between the two entities they represent on the Miribilla court, the headquarters of the basketball club. “Today we sign a collaboration agreement between two institutions fully rooted in Bilbao and Bizkaia”, declared Mikel Arieta-araunabeña.
“An agreement that benefits both Bilbao Basket members and season ticket holders, as well as the students of Cámarabilbao”.
“It is essential for us to continue creating synergies with local organizations, and Cámarabilbao is an emblem of the city. We are very satisfied with this alliance, which will surely bring benefits to both parties”, explained Isabel Iturbe, president of the sports club.
