And in that area Henri, the boss of Chez Henri, turned out to be the best. «I didn’t believe them at first when they told me about it,» Henri, who until recently did not know about the bourgeois brothers, told La Dernière Heure. «But being first of 33 burger restaurants in Brussels makes me happy.»
Henri is also happy that the fraternity is looking for restaurants that really serve completely homemade food. He doesn’t just make his burger himself, but also his meatballs, vol-au-vent and bolognaise.

And the citizen himself? It consists of 100% fresh beef from the slaughterhouse in Anderlecht. He finishes them with red Gouda and a homemade sauce. He even makes the bread from the dough from a neighboring pizzeria.
Chez Henri is open every day of the week from noon, and from Wednesday to Friday until 8 pm.
