A passenger car driver ran into the barriers at the tram stop in Aleja Jana Pawła II. One of the detached spans injured a teenager who was taken for renovation. The first aid was provided to the boy by a rescuer-volunteer, Marcin “Borkoś” Borkowski.
The accident happened at 8 p.m. in Aleja Jana Pawła II. According to Mateusz Szmelter from tvnwarszawa.pl, the driver left the “Radosława” roundabout onto the road in the direction of Mokotów, and then into the barriers at the tram stop. One of the first incidents at the scene, the paramedic Borkoś, who told our reporter about this situation.
– The driver of the passenger car has not mastered it. I ran across the lawn at the tram stop, stopped in the railing. Behind her was a young man who suffered an injury on the stretch – informed the rescuer. I also described what the help and intervention looked like: – I come to the place, I assess that they want to consult, I provide help and assistance to the injured medical rescue system.
The police say that a 16-year-old boy was injured. The decision was made to go to the state. – The driver was tested for sobriety, he was sober – says Małgorzata Wersocka from the Warsaw Police Headquarters. Officers explain how the incident happened.

“Borkoś has returned” to the streets of the capital
I contributed “Borkoś” to helping accident victims. A well-known Warsaw volunteer rescuer no longer uses his scooter, damaged in the accident. He now drives an adapted passenger car. By the end of the year, it also has a great vehicle to make a vehicle that will be able to break through traffic jams.
Let us remind you: in an accident when “Borkoś” was driving his motoambulance to save its victims, the accident collided with a car.
His person had so long that he was in a coma for 21 days. He still has a bad right arm.
