Resumption for Toulouse FC: already six friendly matches scheduled before the return to Ligue 1

Before the return to Ligue 1, place at back to the training grounds pour the Toulouse FC, which launched its summer preparation, Thursday June 23, 2022. Two months after having ensured their ascent in the elite of French football, the Violets found themselves in the meadow and had (at least) six friendly matches before the resumption of the championship.
Nimes, Pau, Real Sociedad…
Just three days after returning to the training pitches, Philippe Montanier’s men will go on an internship in Spain, on the side of Navata. It will last a week, after which Toulouse FC will play its first friendly match. And it will be a reunion, since the Crocos of Nimes will cross swords with the French Ligue 2 champion. Troyes (L1), Paul (L2), the Real Sociedad (Liga), Osasuna (Liga) and Montpellier (L1) will then be on the menu. Here is the complete program:
- Toulouse FC – Nimes, July 2 at 6 p.m. Beziers (Herault)
- Toulouse FC – Troyes, July 9 at 6 p.m. Tulle (Correze)
- Toulouse FC – Paul, July 12 at 6 p.m. Tarbes (Hautes Pyrenees)
- Toulouse FC – Real Sociedad, July 16 at 7 p.m. Zubieta (Spain)
- Toulouse FC – Osasuna, July 19 at 6:30 p.m. in Tajonar (Spain)
- Toulouse FC – Montpelier, July 23 at 7 p.m. Agde (Herault)
Grand departure on August 7
It is the weekend of August 7 that the Violets will definitively return to Ligue 1, with the reception of OGC Nice at the stadium. They will then go to Troyes, before welcoming Lorient, and turn away Nantes, their executioner in 2021 for the ascent. Finally, the last match of August will see the TFC host Paris Saint-Germain on the Île du Ramier.
