First edition of the Paperless & Digital Awards
The General Management of the Public Function informs of the participation in the first edition of the Paperless & Digital Awards (https://paperlessnetwork.it/awards) with the presentation of the project for the adoption of the Electronic Registered Letter, already launched in 2016, implemented in 2019 in collaboration with the contracting ATI made up of Poste San Marino Spa and inPoste.it Spa and has now reached the stage of full maturity. Paperless & Digital Awards is an initiative conceived with the aim of enhancing and giving national visibility to large companies, SMEs, Public Administrations (central and local), healthcare facilities (public and private), startups and spin-offs, non- profit, which have distinguished themselves for good practices in digitizing business processes and providing services / products. The adoption of the electronic registered letter, also known as tNotice, has significantly innovated the way of communicating in San Marino between the Administration and citizens, professionals and economic operators, with a prevalent use of the digital medium for practices administrative such as public competitions, the communicative acquittals of the Tax Office, tenders, notifications of judicial documents, provisions concerning public employment. Ultimately, the San Marino Administration has endowed itself, through the adoption of regulatory and technical tools, with new processes of excellence in digital communications, completely dematerialized, integrated, with full legal value, compliant with the European eIDAS Regulation and interoperable towards Italy through an exchange node with the PEC. This Management is pleased to announce that it has been called to participate, as a finalist, in the final event that will take place in Padua on 1 July 2022, during which the best projects will be awarded.
