Maison Frey is opening to the public for the very first time, and it’s in Monaco
The Fashion For Floors showroom, on the Boulevard des Moulins, highlights an exceptional collaboration between Maison Frey and another great family in the Principality…
These are two family stories that intertwine. On one side, the Moghadam family, known in the Principality for the splendor of their carpets. On the other, the Frey family, a renowned house in upholstery fabrics.
It is therefore no coincidence that Kamyar Moghadam and Pierre Frey have decided to cooperate, and the unique fruit of this association has taken up residence in the Fashion For Floors private mansion, at 39 boulevard des Moulins.
Splendid rugs, fabrics and wallpapers now coexist in the showroom, with a common taste for quality and attention to detail, with entirely bespoke furniture, made in France and comfortable.

” For us, even if the House is almost 90 years old, it’s a new adventure, comments Pierre Frey. We have showrooms all over the world but are reserved for professionals. (…) This is the very first time that we are in a showroom open to the public! »
So you can come and discover the beautiful seats, especially in wool or mohair, at Fashion For Floors. Unique and elegant pieces, which, icing on the cake, are designed to last: “ This may be specific to luxury family businesses, but what is important to us is to make furniture that lasts over time. We don’t want to make furniture that you will replace in five years, but furniture that your family members will live with and that they will pass on for years », concludes Pierre Frey.
