From Sivas to Istanbul… It has been made with special formulas since 1891.
3N Table was started in 1891 by Nuri Çınar in Sivas and still serves. Advertising campaign today. Nuri Çınar and his sons Nazım, Rıdvan and Ahmet were making Sıvas meatballs, which they called Yaprak Köfte, which they kept secret from their grandfather. In Istanbul, they opened two branches in Karaköy (just opposite the ferry port) and Tuzla (in renovation). As the representative representing the Istanbul branches, Rıdvan Çınar manages together with Yaşar and Müjdat Gürsoy, who are members of AŞOMDER.
Except for greengrocer products and water, all the materials used come from Sivas on a daily basis.
Their favorite delicacies are meatballs, only veal and rock salt leaves. Meat is from animals that are their own slaughter, raised in their farm in Sivas, and their own feed. The meatballs, which are as thin as leaves, are in water and oil without being dried. Their 30-year-old cooks show their grilling skills.
Karakoy branch
The Karaköy branch of the 131-year-old restaurant is in a five-floor historical building. Hanging a word from Nuri Çınar right away: The nafaseti of meat is one of the honors of our reliability.
Seasoned mushroom soup for guests. Cream soup inside; Yoghurt is made by Rıdvan Bey, with controlled and cooked recipes. There is also lentil soup on request.
Sıvas katmeri, registered and marked by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, is prepared to complete its preparations. Like bird seer, only salt and sea are in pieces, and meat is on the ground. Along with the meals, ayran is served with yoghurt from Sivas. The signature dessert of the place, figs with dates, is made by Deniz Yaşar, a former chef from one of the Istanbul branches, and there is no sugar at all.
There is food service in Karaköy branch. Guests are known for writing their own sprinkles on local products, aiming to get ahead of the shelf here.
Two things that are important for the quality of Deniz Chef’s service are quality and hygiene. Like taste, these two are incomparable.
