Warsaw: blue tree at the Wiatraczna roundabout. What is it about?
A blue tree has “grown” at the Wiatraczna roundabout. The residents are surprised and ask what’s going on. It turns out that the dead tree was painted by Marek Sułek, author of, among others heavenly angels in Praga. The artist obtained permission and financed the project himself – a tool for officials. It will be preserved in the future.
Big, though dead, blue tree for several days it has been attracting the attention of everyone who moves in the area Wiatraczna roundabout.

“What’s going on?”, “Who fed them heaven?” – just some of the questions that on one of the Facebook groups they ask themselves residents of Grochowa.
The tree was painted by a local artist
We asked the requirements in the office for details Prague-South. – The artist turned to us Marek Sułekwho does such projects, in the past, incl. he painted a tree in front of the Palace of Culture and Science, and also painted angels in Praga. The tree is dead, therefore permission was given to paint it. As the author himself said, it was about giving the tree a second, artistic life Michał Szweycer with the designation of the Praga-Południe district.
The artist financed the purchase of the paint himself.
In the future, the tree may be separated.
