The taekwondoists of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon in demonstration in front of the P
This is a first for six young people from the Hong Sang Nae club. They took part on June 12, 2022 in a friendly tournament in the Principality of Monaco. Local athletes performed well during the events.
This trip to Monaco, the representatives of the Hong Sang Nae club will remember all their lives. The young taekwondoists and their companions had the privilege of participating in the Prince Albert II Cup and they were able to meet the Sovereign Prince in person who had come to attend the tournament with his children. They even gave her a local craft gift.

This meeting was also cultural but above all sporting. The 6 young people, aged 8 to 11, had a busy schedule: artistic fights, individually or in teams.

A program proposed during this trip to Monaco which was eagerly awaited. It will have allowed the club to open up to new sporting techniques and to renew links with the outside world after two years without traveling.

In terms of performance, therefore, the children achieved good results.
- Lilou Gimenez is flawless with 7 wins out of 7.
- Camille Fouchard, Zoé Lefort and Martin Locquet achieve 4 victories.
- Lina Karim and Enzo Plaa shine with 5 victories.
The tournament brought together 250 competitors and remained etched in everyone’s memories.
