Every year, luxury car lovers have an appointment at the Top Marques Monaco show which, as its name suggests, takes place in the Principality. The event hosts some of the most exclusive cars on the planet. The 2022 edition notably allows the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Grand Prix to make its first public appearance.
As previously announced by the Molsheim firm, this copy of the Chiron Pur Sport was designed using the Customization program. The wealthy collector who bought the hypercar customized it to pay tribute to Louis Chiron, the famous Monegasque driver who gave his name to the car. The car sports the number 32, which was present on the Bugatti Type 51 with which Louis Chiron won the French Grand Prix at Montlhéry in 1931.

This Chiron Pur Sport Grand Prix is therefore at home in Monaco.
Besides the number 32, the term “Grand Prix” is present in several places in the cockpit, such as the center console, the door sills, the sill lights or even the headrests of the seats.
The exterior livery adopts two colors specially created for the occasion, as well as a “unique motif composed of the EB logo”, in reference to Ettore Bugatti, founder of the luxury car brand.
It goes from 0 to 200 km/h in less than six seconds.

As a reminder, under its bonnet, the Chiron Pur Sport features the famous W16 8.0 engine developed by Bugatti. The block here develops 1,500 horsepower for 1,600 Nm of torque.
Combined with a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox, the engine allows the Chiron Pur Sport Grand Prix to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 5.5 seconds .
Top speed is electronically limited to 350 km/h.

Even though the price of the Chiron Pur Sport is set at around three million euros, this copy could be even more expensive because of its extensive customization.
