This is one of the goals of the Action Plan for the National Concept for the Protection of Children in the Digital Space for 2022-2023, which was approved by the government at Wednesday’s meeting.
As explained by the Ministry of Labor, which submitted the material, it is a new connection within the INHOPE network for reporting material depicting child sexual abuse and its international connection to such network networks. In the case of Dangerous, it is a matter of creating a Secure Internet Center.
The presented action plan contains tasks focused on prevention, intervention, but also aftercare for victims and perpetrators of crime in this area. Among the important activities resulting from the action plan, the Ministry of Labor included the support of projects focused on media education, literacy and the development of critical thinking and the updating of educational documents on topics related to the protection of children in the digital space.
In addition to the central state administration bodies, non-governmental organizations and scientific research institutions are also involved in the action plan.
