The information was revealed to H2O by the public prosecutor of Annecy Line Bonnet: “A judicial investigation has been opened for sexual assault on minors under the age of 13 and non-compliance with a ban on coming into contact with minors. There are 2 victims. The alleged perpetrator was detained at the end of his police custody and was imprisoned on remand. An investigating judge is continuing the investigation entrusted to him within the framework of this judicial investigation. » The Annecy prosecutor will not say more about the alleged perpetrator, the victims or the facts.
According to our information, the man is accused of having touched boys (thighs, stomach, sex) in a car when returning from a stay at Puy du Fou. At least one of the boy victims would have spoken to his mother who then gave the alert. The accused man would have admitted these facts in the context of his police custody. For the time being, we do not know why he was forbidden to come into contact with minors.
