Princess Eugenie, granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II and youngest daughter of Prince Andrew, will move to Portugal, according to British newspaper The mirror. The move comes after her husband, Jack Brooksbank, agreed to work for real estate mogul Mike Meldrum.
The couple and their one-year-old son August will now divide their time between London and Melides, in the district of Setúbal. For the last two years they have lived at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, which was the official residence of Prince Harry and Mehgan Merkel while they lived in England.
The move and Jack coincide 12 months in advance, for more than 12 months of Harry and Meghan’s ownership contract. According to the British press, it is linked to some speculation about the possibility of spending more time in the UK.
O Telegraph explains that Eugenie and Jack, when they are in the UK, will live in Ivy Cottage in Kensington Palace. As for Eugenie’s work, at the Hauser & Wirth art gallery, the British newspaper adds that it will be done in a “hybrid” way.
Eugenie and Jack were married in October 2018 at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
