They offer a service via a German and Dutch website to breathe new life into worn-out bicycle batteries by overhauling the battery’s energy cells. Hes is spent most of the day by phone, mail, whatsapp or at the office with questions about the service.
As a customer advisor you explain the overhaul of bicycle batteries and how customers can reduce this service from Heskon. It is not necessary to have a lot of knowledge about this already. Your future colleagues are happy to explain all this to you and within a few weeks you will know the hat and the brim.
Heskon’s office has 12 colleagues, which ensures a quiet and personal space. About fifty people work in the production area annex. For example, the line between the office and production is always short.
What to expect
As a customer advisor at Heskon you can expect a salary of between €2,000 and €2,600. Holiday pay and pension accrual is of course arranged and the working hours are between 08:30 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
