San Marino. Cannabis-based healing products, everything is still blocked
It emerges that the same law, presented with great fanfare, which was to allow therapeutic products in reality has not solved anything because another decree blocks as narcotic substances that were used.
ANTONIO FABBRI – Since last year, cannabis products that were prescribed in particular to patients with Parkinson’s or other diseases have no longer been supplied. The knot that seems to emerge is that the very law that was supposed to be a step forward for the use of therapeutic cannabis on the Titan, a law strongly supported by the Net and later by the same movement, welcomed with great favor as a useless and inactivated conquest. In summary: in San Marino, on the basis of the new law, hemp that contains more than 0.2% of Thc is considered narcotic and its use is limited to medical use. The recently approved law regulates its cultivation, processing and trade, but is not operational, because the delegated decrees are missing. At the same time, however, for another standard, the Thc is considered astonishing at underwater by the percentages, but, in contrast with above all the whole world that considers cannabidiol (Cbd) a harmless substance, San Marino has also included this substance among drugs.
