At the IPSCTL Einaudi secondary school the Best Enterprise Junior Achievement Emilia-Romagna award
The regional final of the 2022 Youth Entrepreneurship Festival of Impresa in Action was held on Wednesday 25 May, the entrepreneurship education program of Junior Achievement Italia, accredited to the Ministry of Education, which involved over 260 finalist students of secondary schools second degree of Emilia-Romagna. The boys and girls presented their ideas during a digital event that saw students from the IPSCTL EINAUDI Institute winners. Each year the students involved who participate in a company in action demonstrate determination, creativity and interest in this initiative that involves them in the creation and management of all its aspects: from the concept of an idea to its launch on the market. Teachers and Dream Coaches – voluntary company managers – were able to govern the children in the development of their project, thanks to the strong expertise gained over the years by Junior Achievement in the creation and maintenance of a strong experiential and direct involvement component in all phases of the program. The 2022 Youth Entrepreneurship Festival involved the Emilia-Romagna classes in a first step of regional auditions, during which the students met with a jury that chose the best ideas that had access to the second phase of the competition , the Campo of Central Italy. Experts from the world of business and institutions took part in the juries – HSBC, Chamber of Commerce of Romagna, Bloomberg, Arrow, ABInBEV, Avanade, USR Toscana, EY, Jewish Community of Rome, CCIAA Frosinone Latina, Anpal Lazio, CCIAA Rieti Viterbo, USR UMBRIA, AIDP Umbria, Umbria Chamber of Commerce, Pisa Chamber of Commerce, Massa Carrara Chamber of Commerce, Arezzo Siena Chamber of Commerce, Lucchese Technological Center, Lucca Chamber of Commerce company, Federmanager Toscana, Monnalisa Onlus Foundation, Maremma and Tirreno Chamber of Commerce, Puntoacqua Italia srl , Chamber of Commerce of Pistoia Prato, Chamber of Commerce of Romagna Forlì-Cesena and Rimini, ABB, ART-ER, Golinelli Foundation. From the Pitch phase the mini-enterprises emerged as winners: Biòg JA 4 ^ F – IPSCTL EINAUDI of Rimini They decided to focus on an original, unusual and reusable material after the first use. The material is collected by mixing flour, paper pulp, starch and various seeds. I managed to create a truly biodegradable material which, once planted, thanks to the seeds, will make an aromatic plant grow (oregano, rosemary, parsley, etc …). The winning mini-companies are an example of the originality of enthusiasm, and of the new generations of engaging in the realization of ideas that also have a social impact. Thanks to the innovative projects presented, the winning teams will access the national final on 1 June, BIZ Factory, which will be held in presence in Milan at Palazzo Mezzanotte. During the national final the students and finalist students of Emilia-Romagna will compete with the winners of the other territorial competitions to win the title of Best Im JA 2022. The winning class of the national competition will also have the opportunity to represent Italy at the European level in the JA Europe Company of the Year Competition, which will be held from 12 to 14 July in Tallinn. “Compare with the various aspects of running a business the students participating in this initiative acquire a series of skills that they can then spend in the world of work, in spending from the position or sector they choose”, declared Antonio Perdichizzi, president by JA Italia. “We are committed to training Young Entrepreneurs in the new era of sustainability and digitalization: transforming the entrepreneurial spirits of young people into a solid organizational culture for renewal”.
