Belarus bans Russian Khrenovina sauce
For the presence in Russia of “Khrenovina” in the Belarusian register of hazardous products May 20 processed the attention of the RBC edition, while in card on the website of the State Production System that the order was issued on March 21 and introduced on the 28th of the same month. The Russian LLC Stoev-Kubansky Produkt is indicated as the manufacturer of the unsafe sauce, and the Minsk ODO ORBIUS is indicated as the importer.
“As a result of the studies, food additives were found in the discovered products – preservatives of benzoic and sorbic acids (E210, E200), the content of which was found as a result of detection of 1.86 g / kg, which is 1.86 times higher than the maximum level of E200 content in detection with E210. — 1 g/kg,” the Belarusian supervisory agency said in a statement.
Before violations occur, permissible restrictive norms are introduced: a ban on the sale of products in Belarus, a ban on imports and treatment, the use of documents on mandatory compliance, withdrawal from circulation.
RBC of the economy that this is already the second Khrenovina sauce from Russia, banned in Belarus this year. In January, due to the high content of E210 and E200, the product of the Smolensk brand “Tikhvinsky Uyezd”, classified as “tomato ketchup of the second category”, was banned. At the same time, if it was exceeded, there was storage – 1.06 g / kg at a rate of 1 g / kg.
Of the goods manufactured by Stoev-Kubansky Produkt, the Stoev chicken seasoning and ground sweet paprika under the same brand are also important in the Belarusian register of hazardous products.
