The Brussels Airport Marathon & Half Marathon is back!
On Sunday 2 October, the Brussels Airport Marathon & Half Marathon is back after an absence of two years! The event will have a completely new course with a start under the Atomium and finish on the track of the King Baudouin Stadium. You can register from tomorrow Tuesday 17 May at 1 pm.
From the Heysel plateau to it and back with passages including the Royal Castle that is the essence of it along the course designed by the organization for the 17th edition of the Brussels Airport Marathon Half Marathon on 2 October. The complete new course is expected.
“After two years of absence, we are very much looking forward to seeing the thousands of runners, men and women, running through our streets for 42 km of sporting pleasure”, said Benoit Hellings, alderman of Sport of the City of Brussels. It’s an ideal time to be able to come again and participate in sports together. So, see you on October 2 in Brussels for the return of the marathon.”

In addition to the marathon, the renewal of Brussels Airport Half Marathon and some shorter distances are also on the program. The little ones can enjoy themselves on the Kids Run in the Park of Laeken.

The Brussels Airport Marathon & Half Marathon is getting more and more international resonance every year. For example, the income from no less than 105 countries was at the start. One third of all participants do not live in Belgium. The Brussels Airport Marathon & Half Marathon is especially popular in our neighboring countries, given the large number of French, Dutch, German and English people who have been present in the capital of Europe in recent years. Registration for all distances of the renewal Brussels Airport Marathon & Half Marathon is possible from Tuesday 17 May at 1 pm.
