Tripolar: This pretty Parisian pop-up celebrates the Ukrainian creative scene
3-pole, it’s a nice project made possible by the Fashion Girls For Humanity fund, as well as a handful of exceptional partners (Charlotte Chesnais, Lucien Pagès, M/M Paris, Have.Ig, Sheriff Projects, Decontriel, YSDS, Natalia Zgurovska, Renuaissance or Baby Prod). Taking up residence within the walls of the future boutique of Charlotte Chesnaisat 169 Boulevard Saint Germain, 3-pole brings together the best of the Ukrainian creative scene, from fashion to design to art.
Tripolar, support for Ukrainian talent
Until May 17, the pop-up store Tripolar brings together the work of 16 Ukrainian artists in order to celebrate the cultural diversity and artistic richness of the country. Divided into 3 chapters, as its title indicates, the event first covers the rustic poetics of the past (GENESIS), led by Vena Brykalinand then continue with the globalized and miserable expression of the present (NEWS), before ending with utopian ideas of the future (FUTURE). To give life to this first part, which deals with traditional Ukrainian culture, several designers were approached: embroideries of VitaKin to the ceramics of Nadia World through the pottery of Gunia project, the parts are numerous. Decoration, fashion, sculpture, linens… A sharp selection of all that Ukraine does best. To top it off, exclusive t-shirts – designed by M/M Paris and manufactured by Poustovit – whose benefits are reversed at kyiv Angels are available in store. A great way to combine art with a good cause.
