the Parc clinic transformed into a residence for seniors
The Parc clinic, deployed in the city center of Toulouse, was bought by a real estate group formed by the companies Novaxia Investissement, Icade and Imring, to be rehabilitated into a residence for seniors. The opening is scheduled for the end of 2024.
The Clinique du Parc, located in downtown Toulouse, close to the Palais de Justice metro station, will be transformed into a residence for the elderly. At the origin of the project? The real estate group formed by companies Icade, Novaxia Investment and Imring.
Indeed, these three companies have signed a partnership in order to buy and rehabilitate five sites in France : four clinics, including one in Toulouse, one in Villeurbanne (Rhône), one in Jallans (Eure-et-Loir), then one in Figanières (Var), and a field in Harfleur (Seine-Maritime). All belong to the group Ramsay Health. The total amount of these acquisitions amounts to 14 million eurosaccording to Icade, “and represents potential revenue of around 110 million euros”.
A new senior residence with 124 rooms
The rehabilitation of the Parc de Toulouse clinic will eventually provide for a senior residence of 124 rooms, 15 apartments, a villa, as well as 240 square meters of commercial premises. According to Actu.fr, these developments concerned the two levels of the building. The last third will retain part of the Maison Médicale du Parc, managed by the Ramsey Santé group and will still include radiology, neurology, gynecology and urological surgery departments.
“The projects will meet the best environmental standards and will be carried out on the companies of the existing buildings without additional soil artificialization “says Icade. The launch of the works should not delay, for an official opening scheduled for the end of 2024.
