History to come until Sunday in Toulouse
The 5th edition of the festival offers more than sixty meetings from May 12 to 15 in Toulouse. Conferences, debates, workshops around history, ecology, architecture, archeology or cartography. For the general public or specialists in the specialty.
“This event aims to show that history can and must help us understand the issues of contemporary debates”, announces the festival.
It starts this Thursday, May 12 until Sunday, May 15 in around twenty cultural or university places in Toulouse and brings together historians, philosophers, social science researchers, artists and writers.
Sharp or more accessible, the meetings are open to everyone. On the program among the sixty meetings, debates, workshops offered:
- Virtual places: reconstruction of the past using digital tools
- A political history of water
- From Moscow to Odessa, writers in resistance
- From images of war to the war of images
- Abandoned campaigns?
