[L1-J36] Monaco pushes for 2nd place with important Lille, who remain 4 points behind RC Lens
The 36th day of Ligue 1 started this Friday evening with the Lille-Monaco poster. ASM won 2-1 in the North.
Aurélien Tchouaméni offered victory to Monaco thanks to a double on 2 good shots (42′, 75′) while Lille had equalized at 1-1 by Angel Gomes (69′). The Rocher club, which has just obtained its 8th consecutive victory, is thus putting pressure on Marseille for 2nd place by passing ahead in the provisional classification while Lille remains 10th at 4 points behind RC lens, still 8th. Thus the PSG, champion, is in the lead (79 points) ahead of Monaco (65, +23) and Marseille (65, +20). Rennes is 4th (62, +41) and Nice 5th (60, +15). Strasbourg is 6th (57, +19), Lyon 7th (55, +14) and Lens 8th (55, +11). Saint-Etienne (31), Bordeaux (27) and Metz (25) ferment the march behind Clermont, the 17th (33).
