The Venturi Group’s original tribute to Prince Albert I of Monaco
During the month of June, a member of the Venturi group team will cover 220 kilometers in ski touring on a Norwegian island. The latter had been mapped by the great-grandfather of Prince Albert II between 1898 and 1907.
How to perfectly pay homage to the one who was called “the Navigator Prince”? To celebrate and commemorate the centenary of the death of Prince Albert I of Monaco, here is the challenge launched by Venturi.
At least, the challenge that Gildo Pastor, President of Venturi, appointed to Xavier Chevrin, a member of his team. ” Since 2010, Xavier Chevrin has been testing our electric motors through extreme mechanical journeys around the world. He is therefore the man for the job to face the cold, the wind and the ice for 3 weeks, over 220 kilometres, on skis. » explains Gildo Pastor.
