The main organizers are Andreas M. and Mehmet Ma., 62 and 52 years old. Both have criminal records – M. is said to have been on probation after serving a several-year prison sentence when the alleged crimes occurred last year.
She and the 40-year-old Thai P. are said to have acted as a gang. The co-accused woman is said to be P.’s partner. The 47-year-old is said to have rented apartments as a drug bunker.
Tips from another trial led to a raid on September 14 last year. 100 officers from the customs investigation and special units found masses of drugs in depot apartments – 19 boxes, each with around kilograms of crystal meth, in drawers one kilogram of cocaine and bags full of ecstasy tablets.
The three men are in custody. The defense attorneys said their clients are not commenting at this time. The trial is usually on Friday.
