Municipal Police approval to increase for Municipal Police presence in Lisbon
The objective is to promote the safety of public space and the right to rest for residents.
The Lisbon Municipal Assembly of importance this Tuesday a City Council and the increase of the Municipal Police in Bairro Alto of Supervision to that of the Municipal Functioning Brigades.

At the same meeting, proposals from the city council were also approved to change the name and operating rules of the Social Emergency Fund (FES) of the municipality of Lisbon in terms of private support for Social Solidarity (IPSS) and other entities without aggregates, profits and aspects of support for family members, as well as additional measures to support economic activity at stands and kiosks, not as part of the fight against the covid-19 pandemic.
