- Michael Adam, AfD city council candidate, also failed in the fourth and fifth ballot. Both rounds of voting took place last week in the district assembly of Marzahn-Hellersdorf. The AfD wanted to apply for a sixth ballot, but the Council of Elders confirmed the board’s decision not to allow the election. Now the AfD is threatening to sue.
