Toulouse: Tisséo agents attacked with knife and machete
Tisséo agents were attacked late Thursday afternoon at the Arènes station in Toulouse. Their attackers wielded knives and machetes!
A team from Tisséo is preparing to carry out user checks at the Arènes station in Toulouse when an operator asked young boys who perform rear wheels in the middle of tram and metro users to stop their acrobatics.
This remark which displeased the drivers who revealed that the staff of Tisséo had nothing to say to them. The sequel looks like a street fight where after being insulted and threatened, several officers were beaten. Some would even have been carried with bladed weapons, machete (!) and knife.
Fortunately the wounds, especially in the back of an agent, are superficial.
An 18-year-old woman implicated in the violence was arrested at the scene. With the report of the individuals who had fled on a two-wheeler, the police officers of the Left Bank anti-crime brigade arrested a second suspect, aged 18, on Boulevard de La Ramée. The custody measures for these two people will continue this Friday. At least one other suspect is wanted by investigators from the Left Bank judicial support group.
