Toulouse town hall pays tribute to “everyday heroes”
During the lockdowns and curfews, while the population was holed up at home, some Toulouse residents worked tirelessly to maintain the city. It is for them that the town hall of Toulouse is dedicated to its new open-air exhibition.

63 portraits displayed in the street in Toulouse
This exhibition will invest the streets of Toulouse until May 22. Launched by the municipality, these photos pay tribute to the women and men who mobilized to ensure that essential services to the population continue to operate during the health crisis of Covid-19.
They watched over our elders, ensured the cleanliness of the city, guaranteed our safety, allowed everyone to eat, to make basic purchases, but also to move around or have fun, “communicated the town hall.
Health professionals, carers, firefighters, first aiders, members of charities, municipal and metropolitan officials, cashiers, bus drivers, shopkeepers… No less than 63 The portraits death everyday hero are exhibited in different areas of Toulouse.
