PP, ITN, BSP and DB are discussing whether Bulgaria should send military aid to Ukraine
“The coalition is not threatened until the coalition agreement is violated.” This was stated by Stanislav Balabanov from “There are such people”, entering the building of the Council of Ministers before the extraordinary Coalition Council.

He also commented that he would like to be part of the delegation led by Prime Minister Kiril Petkov in Kyiv and called the BSP’s decision not to send a representative to Ukraine “another weak state behavior.”

“I want to travel deliberately to rule out for myself the attitude of any speculation about the war,” said the ITN MP, adding that their party would be free to choose.
The party leaders must resolve the controversial issue of whether to send Bulgaria weapons to Ukraine and what the steps of the authorities would be. From “Democratic Bulgaria” and “There is such a people” are “for” military aid to Ukraine, and from the BSP – firmly “against”.
Prime Minister Kiril Petkov urges party leaders to reach a consensus, not giving up on the idea of a Bulgarian delegation traveling to Kyiv to make an informed decision.
