After having validated the 10th title of champion of France in its history, Paris Saint-Germain is already looking to next season. Determined to provide the means for the next Champions League, the capital club wants to carry out a major overhaul of its workforce at the end of the season. And waiting to know the new faces who will join the ranks of the Rouge et Bleu, the Parisian leaders will have drawn up a list of players who will have to find a new base for next season.
Indeed, in its edition of the day, the daily The Team reveals that Leonardo has set a target of six to seven starts for the next summer transfer window. At the end of the contract, Angel Di Maria will not be extended and will therefore have to find a new club. The other departures concerned in particular Layvin Kurzawa, Julian Draxler, Thilo Kehrer and Leandro Paredes. Aged 25, Kehrer could even allow PSG to carry out a great operation at the end of the season.
Mercato PSG: The price is already fixed for Thilo Kehrer
Arrived in the summer of 2018 for 37 million euros from Schalke 04, the versatile German defender is suffering from tough competition from Marquinhos, Presnel Kimpembe and Sergio Ramos. Even if he was able to show himself during his few appearances, the native of Tubingen wants to play more for the next World Cup.
Under contract until June 2024, Thilo Kehrer could thus bid farewell to the capital club since there is no shortage of suitors, especially in the Bundesliga. For its part, Paris SG is counting on the good performances of its young German to pocket between 20 and 30 million euros for his possible transfer, according to The Team.
