Toulouse. The Basque circus stops at the Grainerie
Saturday, April 30 at the Grainerie, from 4 p.m., four Basque companies stop at the Grainerie for a festive, cultural and culinary encounter in the colors of Euskadi.
On the program: Kolektivo Konika in “La punta de mi nariz”, la compagnie = ki (Berdinki zirkua) with “Mikra”, Rouge Éléa in “On est là tout va bien” and La Trapecionista with “Artxipielago”. All four shows are free.
These four Basque companies from the south and north are part of the fourteen artistic teams supported within the framework of “Travesía”, a European project for cross-border cooperation between France and Spain, coordinated by the Grainerie.
This “Basque Stopover” is in line with the “Catalan Stopover” which was hosted from January 26 to 29 at the Grainerie by five Catalan companies from both sides of the Pyrenees.
Note that the first three shows – from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. – are presented outdoors, on Place de l’Itinérance de la Grainerie. They could be canceled in case of rain.
Parking will not be possible within the grounds of the Grainerie. Public transport is preferred.
