Purchase of a house in Thessaloniki up to 150,000 euros
The 150,000 euros are the ceiling for a significant percentage of home sales in Thessaloniki – See typical examples
In the last two years prices in the majority of real estate in Thessaloniki follow upward trend as a result of the recovery of demand, but also of the strengthened, in relation to the period of the ten-year crisis, mortgage lending.
The real estate of the city is rediscovering its rhythm with some, however, “contradictions” (coronavirus, to be precise, war in Ukraine), which, although a matter of concern, do not stop the increase in sales prices.
At the rate at which prices are stinging, as representatives of the real estate market say, the area of apartments that one can buy for the same amount will gradually decrease, especially if these are areas of high demand.
It is worth noting that the 150,000 euros constitute the. ceiling for a significant part of the purchase and sale of houses that take place in Thessaloniki, while there are many who set the bar on 100,000 euros.
A search on the websites of real estate agencies reveals that, at these levels, there is a wide range in the city that mainly concerns used apartments and secondarily newly built houses. In fact, when it comes to apartments in the heart of the city then, usually, the sections are limited if the buyer wants to allocate up to 150,000 euros, as the prices are clearly more stingy compared to other areas.
