Grigory Danilevsky (April 26, 1829 – December 18, 1890) was a Russian writer and publicist. Grigory Petrovich Danilevsky was born on (14) April 26, 1829 in the village of Danilovka, Izyumsky district, Sloboda-Ukrainian province, in the family of a bankrupt tenant. In 1846, Danilevsky graduated from the Institute of Nobility, and in 1850 he received a degree in law after studying at the law department of St. Petersburg University, reports corr.
