Complaints against Brussels nightclub owner about sexual offenses dismissed (Brussels)

De Moncharline was there in a report by the RTBF of the date on which he allegedly drugged and assaulted several people, but he denies all proceedings through his lawyer. The report also stated that the complaints had been dismissed.
The journalists of Investigation, the research program of the RTBF, came via the Instagram page Balance tons bar in contact with several individuals who may have owned the nightclub during the period he owned The Wood. He had to close that nightclub in the Bois de la Cambre in 2016 due to noise pollution.
One 26-year-old young man under the pseudonym Sita that he was drugged at the nightclub at the age of 18 and sexually assaulted later that evening at De Moncharline’s home. Also Valentine, a 23-year-old girl, who was allegedly assaulted by the man when she was 17. A former employee of The wood said in the report that De Moncharline regularly also treated very young customers, between 18 and 22 years old, and even minors.
According to the RTBF, there were three official complaints against Carl De Moncharline, which have not been followed up to date. In the report, De Moncharline’s lawyer, Master Jean-Pierre Buyle, denied that his clients had ever drugged or assaulted customers.
De Moncharline said he has a complaint of defamation. The investigation into the complaint is still ongoing.
