“We need to take the initiative” Csanád Erdély said before the match of the Hungarian national team against Ukraine on Friday, and he is not talking in the air. In addition to the preparations, the first third of the clash, which also served charitable purposes, was started more vigorously by ours, at the guests’ gate.
Ironically, the guests caught the yarn during the first show that hit them, opening up two promising opportunities for the disadvantaged. They gained confidence from this, and in the following minutes the balance tongue tilted somewhat towards them. They also scored the first goal, although luck also played a part in it: Gergő Nagy’s body got stuck in a body, but the falling disc was accidentally lurking nearby. You get up Morozov he spooned in front of him, who fired flat from the left into the long corner. The situation of the Hungarians still did not improve, so twice as much in the opening third (10–5), they were able to take a rest with a Ukrainian advantage – which could have been two goals, but in the previous two matches against each other the goalkeeper Roman Blahij’s bomb just clicked on the crossbar.
Kulmala Rasmus, the striker of the Hungarian national team: We didn’t play the match of our lives, but at least the victory came together. We are evolving, we still have one thing to know before the World Cup, hard work awaits us. This will be my first big tournament in Hungarian colors, I feel like the guys in the national team welcomed me with open arms. I’m glad I led the all-decisive attempt at the end, knowing on the ice to decide the line of victory – luckily I successfully overcame the hurdle. |
The middle third started with Ukrainian seizures, partly due to a small cross-border penalty (ours exchanged themselves), and it took us five minutes and a man advantage to see a promising domestic action as well. The control is pretty much back in Hungary, but a Ukrainian stick, feet, skates, something always back in the equation. In the end, the ice broke with a rather bizarre goal: Kulmala Rasmus poked into the shot of Garát Zsombor, he came out of the goalkeeper and the bouncer slipped between the players. Tamás Sárpátki he was tormented in the evening – fortunately just before the gate moved.
So all questions were still open at the beginning of the final stage, the first serious chance was for Péter Vincze from a gift disc, but in an incomprehensible way he was more likely to return it to Kulma, who was interested behind him. Vitaly Ljalka He broke out of his three Hungarian rings and beat Miklós Rajna one by one. But it did not last the Ukrainian advantage: nine seconds before the end of the goalkeeper without attacking ours Bálint Magosi equalized through.
The three-on-three overtime did not make a decision on the shootout Kulmala Hungary won the best of Ukraine for the fourth time in a year.

MASTER BALANCE SHEET
Zoltán Szilassy (second coach): – We played against a strong, dynamic Ukrainian team and we could see how we were moving forward in the match, we also found the rhythm better. We can be happy with the human disadvantage, although according to the statistics we got one this way – but the truth was a solo hit, so I wouldn’t count on it here. We’ve experienced almost every game situation that can happen at the World Cup. Although in the end it took a shot to win, it is definitely positive that we have stood up for the disadvantage several times, we have shown our character.
