Toulouse South. A FReDD Open Air cultural day in June in Roques
On Saturday June 18, 2022, the FreDD association is organizing a special day around culture, workshops and music. Meet at Le Moulin de Roques Cultural Third Place for the FReDD Open Air.
DJ, shows and workshops, the recipe for a musical and cultural day. The FReDD association organizes Saturday, June 18, 2022 an “unprecedented and exceptional” event. Throughout the day, workshops and performances are planned at the Cultural third place Le Moulin de Roques in the south of Toulouse.
The program of the FReDD Open Air day
From 11 a.m., the FReDD Open Air starts with a program that will last all day. In the program :
- 11 a.m. – 11.45 a.m.: Free “Bakéké” show, offered by the Moulin de Roques Cultural Third Place. A clownish wandering where a reckless character multiplies geometric constructions through the manipulation of buckets;
- 12 p.m.: aperitif offered by the Municipality of Roques;
- 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.: Workshops, association stands / local producers and artisans, screenings of short films, wall of free expression, chill zone…
- 2 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.: Festive time and DJ Set with: 50CL, WYLD, BIPHASE and MICROWAVES.
Workshops and stands will be set up within the event grounds:
- Providential Shells : recovering and transforming shellfish bio-waste from Occitanie into new products;
- Manjar Viu : business processing vegetables by lactofermentation;
- Petrolette Creation : hand-sewn creations, eco-responsible products, upcycling;
- The Walking Neighbors : itinerant & solidarity thrift store;
- The Roquois vegetable garden : shared gardens managed by a local association.
