To the first names already announced (My Christophe Cressent bakery, the Norman chicken rotisserie, the Pierre Noble wine merchant, the Maison Monville greengrocer, L’Écaillerie Rouennaise, the Maison Maréchal poultry store, the Chez Mathys fishmonger), two are added: The Vrac counter (organic grocery store) and Sweet cuisine (pastry/chocolate, also with a savory offer).
On 1,200m² of retail space, you will find a market part and a catering part, on the ground floor, in a vast bright space. The first will close at 7:30 p.m. and the second at 10:30 p.m., with the possibility of eating on site. There will also be a bistro, La cuisine du marché, which will showcase the products of market stallholders. Upstairs, there will be a room open for hire, and outside, a terrace. And very regularly, events will be organized — such as the oyster/white wine evening — involving several traders.
This gourmet hall project is led by the company Biltoki, which specializes in setting up and running food halls in rehabilitated places.
