After two seasons in which Coimbra hosted the final match of the queen competition
The Portuguese Cup final will return to the National Stadium, in Oeiras, after two seasons being played in Coimbra, the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) announced this Friday.
“Between May and June, the Estádio Nacional, in Jamor, will be the capital of the great decisions of Portuguese football by hosting several finals from different countries”, can be read in the note published on the official website of the FPF, which details that the Estádio Nacional will host the finals of the Portuguese Cup, League 3, Portuguese Championship and Women’s Portuguese Cup.
In the last two seasons, the final of the queen of national football took place at Estádio Cidade de Coimbra, now returning to Jamor, in a game scheduled for May 22, from 5:15 pm.
Before that, on May 14, the winner of the first edition of the women’s League 3 will be announced, in a final starting at 6 pm and, six days after the men’s Portuguese Cup final, that same stage will also host the final, in a meeting scheduled for at 5:15 pm.
Finally, on June 5, Jamor will host the final of the Portuguese Championship, starting at 4:30 pm.
