145 dead and 59,434 infected by Covid-19 in the last week in Portugal – Sociedade
Portugal recorded, in the week of April 5 to 11, a total of 145 deaths from Covid-19, seven less than recorded in the previous report, and 61,988 new cases of infection, according to the most recent epidemiological bulletin for the week. DGS.

By region, Lisbon and Vale do Tejo continue to register the highest number of infections, with a total of 21,196 cases between April 5 and 11, 1,704 less than in the previous period, and 46 deaths, 11 more.
Moving from a previous decline to an increase in infections and deaths, the North region totaled 13,976 cases of infection, 1,381 more than in the period between March 29 and 04 of deaths, and a total of 28 deaths, plus five.
