S-Bahn Berlin: Restrictions on four lines
A broken rail caused disabilities on the S-Bahn lines S1, S2, S25 and S26 early Wednesday morning.
Berlin. Due to a broken rail at Anhalter Bahnhof in Mitte & passengers on the Berlin S-Bahn expect restrictions on Wednesday morning. The lines are affected S1, S2, S25 and S26, the S-Bahn Berlin GmbH announces. The disruption was resolved around 6 a.m., as the Berlin Traffic Information Center (VIZ) tweeted, but traffic on the lines mentioned is still irregular.
- to die S1 runs between Wannsee and Anhalter Bahnhof as well as between Potsdamer Platz and Frohnau/Oranienburg.
- passengers of S2 can drive between Priesterweg and Yorckstraße/Potsdamer Platz as well as between Nordbahnhof and Buch/Bernau.
