Prince Albert II of Monaco, who had already been infected with the coronavirus at the start of the epidemic in 2020, has again tested positive for Covid-19, the prince’s palace announced in a press release on Wednesday.
“No worries”
The state of health of the sovereign, “asymptomatic”, “inspires absolutely no concern”, according to the same source. “He works remotely, in permanent contact with the members of His cabinet, His government as well as with His close collaborators”, adds the palace.
“This period of isolation adapts to the health rules in force”, concludes the press service of the sovereign. In Monaco, these rules stipulate in particular, in the event of a PCR test, a possible return to work after 48 hours, with reinforced barrier gestures, if there is no fever or breathing difficulties.
