DHL A330 makes emergency landing in Brussels with hydraulic problems

A DHL freighter A330 was en route from Milan to Cincinnati when it ran into problems over Paris this afternoon. The aircraft was flying at 34,000 feet when it was reported a hydraulic problem that could have resulted in liquid leakage. An A330 has three independent hydraulic systems and can continue to fly without any problems if one or more systems are lost.
The case decided to divert to Brussels Airport, an important airport in the DHL network, to make an emergency landing on runway 25R. It is a device to see if a liquid leaked somewhere on the left side of the device. Leaking hydraulic fluid from hot brakes can be a fire hazard. The aircraft was eventually towed off the runway.
