In Bavaria is the incidence up on Tuesday 1218.2 dropped. The day before the value was 1273.2, a week ago it was 1693.
Within one day, the health authorities in Bavaria reported 16,764 new corona infections and 55 deaths related to the virus.
Corona incidence in Munich and Bavaria is falling – in Germany the value is rising again

For comparison: the day before the value was 1080.0. A week ago, the nationwide incidence was 1394.0 (previous month: 1496.0).
The health authorities in Germany reported 162,790 new corona infections within one day. A week ago there were 180,397 infections.
When considering the values, it must be taken into account that individual states do not report data on every day of the week, and at weekends, for example, Baden-Württemberg, Lower Saxony and Brandenburg do not, or only partially, report data. In addition, experts have been assuming for some time that there will be a large number of cases not recorded by the RKI – due to overworked health authorities and because not all infected people have a PCR test done. Only these count in the statistics.
Across Germany, 289 deaths were registered within 24 hours. A week ago there were 316 deaths.
The number of corona-infected patients who came to clinics per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days was 6.27 (Friday: 6.51) according to the RKI on Monday. Here, too, there are days with incomplete reports. The value also includes many people with a positive corona test who have another main illness.

The Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) reported a 7-day hospitalization incidence of 6.4 for the Free State on Tuesday (previous day: 6.5).
According to the Divi intensive care register (as of 8:18 a.m.), 314 corona patients are treated in the intensive care units in the clinics in Bavaria. Of a total of 3047 intensive care beds, 445 are still unoccupied.
In Munich, 38 intensive care beds are still available in the clinics. There are 44 corona patients in the intensive care units, 20 of whom are invasively beaten.
