The new establishment ” The shoe “ of the “Deux Mains” group, co-managed by Fabien Jeanjean and Antoine Bernard, opened its doors in last march a Toulouse. Located at 3 place Moutoulieu, this restaurant offers “a unique concept in a neo-Art Deco style setting”.
“Innovative, sustainable and responsible catering”
From Monday to Friday and every lunchtime, a short menu, which takes up the layout of the restaurant “Feet under the table” where “local and seasonal products are always in the spotlight”, is renewed daily.
For evening, the restaurant is transformed cocktail club with a menu with “gastronomic dishes in one bite and leaves room for creativity” which takes up the codes aperitif dinner.
An institution with strong commitments
It is paramount for the establishment to make the most of the know-how of Occitania. “Le Soulier” goes through suppliers, suppliers as well as producers of the region.
This new restaurant in Toulouse also highlights its commitment to current environmental issues. To do this, short circuit seasonal products are favored when supplying any this restaurant chain.

“In six months, more than ten of our employees have been trained (i.e. 280 hours of training acquired) to acquire new skills. We also value internal promotion.”
It’s through all these commitments that “Le Soulier” welcomes its customers with a menu to suit everyone’s tastes: meat, fish but also vegetarian dishes!
