Short track World Championships 2022. Women’s relay results
Only six women entered the relay race. The white-and-red team in the race semifinals, in the race for the Hungarian race place on Sunday.
Polish women competed in the following line-up: Natalia Maliszewska, Mazur, Kamila Stormowska and Gabriela Topolska.
After sixth place in the crown distance of 500 m she was 12th Natalia in 1000 m. The previous title of Polish women in the quarter-final was behind Korean Minjeong Choi and Canadian Kim Boutin, who later stood on … two thirds of the podium.
Choi repeated her success with the 1500 m competition, and the hosts’ favorite was second, just like in 500 m.
Hungarian hat-trick
The Korean gold color triumphed in the superfinal in 3000 m, and she added fourth together with her friends by winning the 3000 m relay. Boutin in Lviv started with … silver medals.
Winning the 1000 m hat-trick he completed the representative of Hungary Shaoang Liu, who was not the fastest in Montreal at 500 and 1500 m. Michał Niewiński was 22nd.
