Consideration is also given to the extent to which the authorities or the public media are informed about the activities organized by the parties and whether they threaten the democratic exercise of rights.
The election assessment mission will focus on 2-3 weeks and will focus on the analysis of related issues. Apply by a team of experts for 1-2 weeks, but in this case only for 2-3 areas.
On election day, 3 April, observations will be made both inside and outside the polling stations to check for signs of campaigning, intimidation or coercion, unauthorized interference, empty and properly closed. whether the ballot box records how the names of voters voted are recorded, whether people receive more ballots than the person entitled, whether there is a trace of multiple ballots, or whether there are more ballots in the ballot box than the number on the voter register.
The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE / ODIHR) of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe has a total staff of 218. At that time, presence and full control had so far only taken place in Bulgaria for EU Member States.
