the Alpine lake tour will slide on the Savière canal and Lac du Bourget on Sunday
The 3and The Alpine lake tour 2022 stage organized by “Annecy Stand Up Paddle” will take place this Sunday April 3 from 11 a.m. on the Savière canal which connects Lake Bourget and the Rhône.
The Alpine Lake tour is “a sporting, sensory and human experience”, explains Benoit Mouren, “the boss” of this sporting competition of which it is the 9and editing.

There was the GlaGla Race on Lake Annecy in January, then the BAT Race on the waters of the largest underground lake in Europe in Saint-Léonard (Switzerland) in March, and it is in the little Venice of Savoy , in partnership for the 8and times with the commune, that the 3and stage will be adorned with spring colors this year.
Program
➤ The long-distance race (14.5 km), reserved for experienced competitors, will leave at 10 a.m. from Chanaz and will go up the Savière canal to Lake Bourget, then the U-turn will be made on the lake facing the Châtillon beach, near the port entrance.
➤ The short distance event (6.5 km) open to all levels will be received from Châtillon beach, in the direction of the current towards the little Venice of Savoy.
➤ The afternoon will give way from 1:30 p.m. to the Kids Race followed at 2:30 p.m. by the Dragon Race on the Savière canal.
➤ The prize giving ceremony for the stage is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. near the lake base.
