This is a slippery project which is brewing In Toulouse and which promises to attract tourists from all over the world from this summer of 2022.
As you certainly know, at the end of May, the cabins of the Toulouse urban cable car will begin to transport the public between the Oncopole and the Paul-Sabatier University. The project, awaited for years, will make it possible to cross the highest point of Toulouse, this Hill of Pech-David which offers a fabulous panorama over the Garonne valley.
This urban cable car is actually only the first floor of a completely unexpected rocket.
Some will no doubt call this idea astounding and unique Toulouse genius, that we envy the people of Bordeaux since prehistoric times, could give birth to such an ingenious concept.
A work carried out in secret for months
Out of sight, in the heart of this Toulouse which stirs up ideas like Antoine Dupont investigates the tests, the cream of our engineers have been working for months on the creation of… the first giant ventriglisse station in France, THE French project which will put the ventriglisse in the place it deserves.

On the slopes of Pech-David
According to some sources, this Toulouse project is already arousing keen interest within the French federation of the ventriglisse.
One of the project leaders unveiled the outlines to Toulouse Newson condition of anonymity, but not without enthusiasm.
“Not content with having the longest cable car in France and soon one of the longest metro lines in the country, our impetuous elected officials challenged us to create this first ventriglisse station on the most severe slopes of Pech- David. We are going to do it because whoever does not slip is not Toulou-healthy”.

“No reason to let the ventriglip train pass”
“With Pech-David, this grassy and majestic peak 130 meters above sea level that even the Gersois can contemplate from their distant land, Toulouse, the city of the Hyperloop which never misses, had no reason to let the ventriglisse train pass, ”claims his side an elected representative of the town hall of Toulouse.

“The Wall of Pech-David”
This giant ventriglise station, named “The Wall of Pech David”, promises to be great.
A well-informed engineer details the whole technique of this amazing project :
“It will be the first ventriglisse urban station in the world. It will be based on Short circuit 100%. The cable car, as you know, will be in operation for the next few weeks. It will connect the bottom of the station located at the Oncopole to Paul-Sabatier University. Ventrigliseurs will take place in the gondola. To leave it at the top of the Pech-David hill, they will have to open the door in the middle of the journey and jump on an inflatable slide for children… Bounces and sensations guaranteed. Then, they will join in controlled slides the most severe slopes by a gently sloping track which will be fitted out in the coming weeks. A nice warm-up before arriving at the start of the ‘wall’ of Pech-David, a very beautiful panoramic track made up of several toboggans with steep slopes which will end with a springboard with a landing in an XXL swimming pool set up in the waters of the Garonne. It will be very refreshing during periods of heat waves and the ventrigliseurs could swim there in the middle of big Pisces which will be released on 1uh April 2022″.

To slide, the best foams in Toulouse
The project is also intended 100% ecological since these are foams from the best evenings in Toulouse which will be recycled to power the giant and slippery slides of Pech-David.
“Tested by the students on Thursday evening, these foams brewed in the region will be sent to Pech-David. They provide a much better glide than traditional soap while sealing the small bristles”, assure the scientists involved in this intoxicating project.
Have the right descent
“To slide on the slopes of Pech-David, it will sometimes be necessary to be hard on the malt and to have a good descent”, laughs the one who was responsible for imagining the tracks which will be traced in the coming weeks.
A giant barrel
From a technical point of view, the foam allowing you to slide will be transformed into one of the two transmitters on the hill which will be transformed, all summer long, into a giant barrel.

The elect want to go longer
Almost 30 years after the closure of Aqualand in Toulouse, the fun board sport will therefore return to center stage in Toulouse and in XXL version.
But already, elected officials want to go further and are thinking about more concrete applications for our daily lives.
“The principle of ventriglisse adapts perfectly to the topography of our city and to our needs in terms of travel,” notes Jean-Michel Lattes, President of Tisséo. He continues his reflection:
“The ventriglisse could for example ensure fast and fun journeys between Jolimont and Marengo. It would also be very relevant to test it on Avenue de la Gloire. If the tracks were well laid out and made safe, they could perfectly be used by children to go to school”.
A fish of 1uh April, which augurs well for young Toulouse residents.
